i adored the spacious family room, complete with two balconies. decent restaurants, cafes, tours, massage, and bike rentals were all within walking distance! the staff were friendly and really catered to every need i had. i cannot wait to come back!

the pool was sometimes shaded, so it didn't get as much direct sun as i'd hoped.

I appreciated the complimentary water refills, a thoughtful touch. the breakfast offered a great variety of fruits. my room was both comfortable and clean. the location allowed an easy walk to ao nang beach. The free shuttle to points of interest was useful.

i found an issue with the towels as they removed our towels without replacement. i had to request them several times. this was somewhat frustrating and inconvenient for me.

I found the rooms to be very spacious and bright. The large bathroom and balcony was a bonus too. The location was really convenient, away from heavy crowds, yet within easy WALKING distance. The pool area was also amazing.

The gym was a bit SMALL, equipped with only basic machines!
